Warranty, Returns & Refunds

We're kind of old school when it comes to warranties. We go by the honor code. If your Solution breaks under normal INDOOR use, we'll send you a replacement ASAP. If you're using these at an OUTSIDE gig and it gets windy, they will turn into sails and will blow over and it might not be pretty. So basically, wind is not considered normal wear and tear Bob. We like Bob, he's the best! As for scratches, they're fairly simple to buff out. Long story short, just take care of them and they'll take care of you. As far as returns and refunds, if you're not totally satisfied, you can ship them back for a full purchase refund minus shipping. We need to receive them within 30 days of purchase and they need to be in mint condition to receive a full refund but we're not worried...We know you're gonna love them!

Is my transaction secure?

The security of our customers sensitive data is of extreme importance to us here at Cymbal Solution™ and we are 100% committed to protecting it. PayPal and Stripe are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant and are accredited as a Level 1 service providers and merchants. The PCI DSS is an information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard helps to create a secure environment by increasing cardholder data, thus reducing credit card fraud.

Shipping & Will Call

We keep it simple. All shipped orders travel via FedEx® Ground and typically ship within three business days, delivery takes 3-5 business days. FedEx® Ground has the best price right now for the box we ship out, however we're always checking for the best prices for you. If you happen to be in the IE, OC, or LA, Will Call may be an option. We'd love to meet your smiling face.

Who is the best Batman?
Depends on who "your" Batman is. Keaton? Bale? Kilmer? West? There is no right answer for this one....Just kidding, it's George Clooney. #BatNips4Life
